Spiritual direction is focused on listening deeply to your experience of the world and connecting it with a greater sense of purpose. Through this process, individuals are empowered to make meaningful changes and create a richer life. I believe anyone can benefit from this practice, and I hope you'll join me in exploring spiritual direction further!
Spiritual direction meetings are one-hour long and we meet monthly. My rates are the same as coaching: $75/hour for one-off sessions, or $220 for four sessions.
