  • Genii - A Terrific Coaching App

Subject: Feeling overwhelmed or anxious? I can help.

    Hi

Do you ever wish you had something or someone who would listen to you without judgment or stigma - somewhere you could share successes and failures with joy and compassion?

I've been using this great new product called The Good Life.ai and it does just that. The "Genii" as they call it is like a personal coach in your pocket - it helps you with on the spot coaching issues and also long term personal improvement - all within a chat based app that's really cool.

As I've been using TheGoodLife.ai I've seen my stress levels go down and my wellbeing improve, all within about 15 minutes a day.

Anyway, I wanted to share this tool with you because it's very reasonably priced (you can't get coaching like this anywhere else, and certainly not at this low price), and I thought it might help you out.

Check it out here: and let me know what you think.

PS I will receive a little coffee money commission (at no extra cost to you) if you purchase through my link.

  • Nitrofocus

A therapist friend, who happens to have ADHD, recommended this to me when she heard of my struggles to focus.

    From their website:

“Nitrofocus is a simple MP3 audio program, designed to increase your productivity, by activating your "focus brainwaves."

It works by mixing special brainwave tones, which get your brain into "The Zone", with distraction-blocking background sounds.

The result? A simple collection of MP3s that you can listen to while you work, each helping you increase focus and get more done in less time. And it's all 100% backed by science, too.”

I’ve been using this both in the gym and when I need to focus on website work. (Like building this page!)

They offer a free trial so give it a whirl and see for yourself.

If you purchase through my link, I will receive a little coffee money. It does not affect your purchase price

  • Out of Milk Shopping App

Wait, wat? A random shopping app?

Oh, my friends. You need this ABSOLUTELY free app. It might not do the actual shopping for you but it comes pretty doggone close, especially if you use delivery service. ;)

I am all about saving time and money and this little app does both. It’s uber easy to customize (I have a “Trader Joes” section on mine,) and oh, did I mention its FREE?

Find it in the Google play store.

    You’re welcome. :)

  • Breathly

Before I start a coaching or organizing session, I always invite the client to join me in taking 4 deep breaths.

The result is ALWAYS the same-a smile and a “Wow! I needed that!”

Because breathwork can be a little intimidating if you’re new to the practice, this little app will hold your hand and help you still the monkeys swinging about in your head.

And it’s amazing what those deep breaths can do for you! It’s like having a Xanax without the Xanax. (smile)

Another amazing thing? It’s absolutely free.
No ads. No upsells. Just free.

  • Scrib

I’m all about the library and their free ebooks but I gotta admit. They often don’t have the books I’m looking for.

I did Audible for years but ditched that in favor of Scribd. If you’re a bibliophile like me you like, er, make that NEED lots of books!

Scribd has a great assortment of eBooks and audio books. You can find magazines and even sheet music fer cryin’ out loud!

There is rarely a day goes by that I am not enjoying my latest read or listen with this.

You can try this absolutely for FREE for 60 days. If you decide to buy, I get a free month. (At no extra cost to you.) Win-win! (Or should I say Winn-Win?)

    Here’s the link.
