The power tools used in life coaching are powerful questions, deep listening, and the bedrock belief that you are more powerful and wise than you realize.

Coaching rates are $75/hour. I recommend a minimum of four sessions to allow for integration of the work we will do.

Spiritual Direction
Spiritual Direction is similar to life coaching in that in emphasizes deeply listening to your experience of the world and connecting it with a greater sense of purpose. Through this process, you will be empowered to make meaningful changes and create a richer life. Spiritual direction is not a one-size-fits all and can help any seekers, regardless of religious affiliation, or not! All are welcome.
I am a graduate of the Benet Hill Monastery's Global Benedictine Spiritual Direction Program.
Spiritual Direction sessions are one-hour long and we meet monthly. Sessions are $75.
Theresa listened really well and asked excellent questions about what I love to do and want out of life. She chose her moments to give suggestions wisely and used them only to reinforce getting what I want. Her intuition seemed to be her guide, as much as her education and training. Organizing Services
Sometimes that shit just needs to be organized. I bring 30+years of experience helping people declutter and build an environment that provides peace and the ability to find stuff without tearing the house apart.
I also offer organizing services for helping you sort through the paper work piles to make sure important docs are where they should be. More than once, I’ve helped clients discover bills on that were on autopay…and forgotten.
Order on the outside can help order on the inside!
I serve the Phoenix east valley on a limited basis and rates are $75/hour with a three hour minimum.
Organizing Workshops
Unclutter Your Life is a 4-week course that will help you organize your home, head and heart as well as learn the surprising ways clutter can harm your health. I can tailor make presentations to fit any time frame or needed emphasis. Workshops are practical and attendees will leave empowered and with plan in hand!

Swedish Death Cleaning-American Style, is a 90-minute workshop focused on those 50 and older. And no, the emphasis isn’t on death but rather on life. Attendees will learn practical, compassionate ways to sort, organize, and let go of belonging that no longer serve this life stage. They’ll leave with greater clarity, lighter spaces, and a realistic plan for managing what they own before their stuff starts making decisions for them.
