Come Declutter Your Home, Head, & Heart With Theresa Winn
Life Simply. Love Deeply. Throw Out Shit.
It’s more than a mantra or a business tagline, it’s how I endeavor to live. Every since I was a little “T”, decluttering has always been a passion for me. Looking back, I’m sure it was my undiagnosed ADHD that drove me to find ways to eliminate external clutter in order to calm my spinning brain. While other kids were doing typical kid stuff, I was the weirdo organizing the family pantry while trying to figure out the most efficient way to get shit done.
Over the years, I came to understand clutter to be more encompassing than just physical surroundings. We are too busy and preoccupied with shit that just doesn’t matter. And because of this we lose track of who we are at our core. It also keeps us from needed connections with others, living with intention, and loving more whole-heartedly.
I’ve been a professional organizer, certified life coach and spiritual director for many years. I’m also a mom to three wonderful adult children, a breast cancer survivor, and am powered by ADHD and coffee.
My experiences, especially with breast cancer, brings an urgency to my work and message. Time is too short to spend it digging through the disaster in the garage, or running ourselves ragged driven by the unhelpful belief that busy is better. Your best life may be buried under that pile!
Let’s kick some clutter ass together!
With love,
Theresa
