About Theresa Winn

Hello there, Welcome to my little corner of the web. I’m Theresa but you can call me T. In my late 50s, my world was upended by infidelity, divorce, and breast cancer. I wanted to run away and assume a new identity but because witness protection wasn’t an option, I had to figure out how to move through the smoking ruins of my former life and start over again.

Over a period of 3 years, the losses continued to pile up nor was not time in between events to even catch my breath. The inventory of ruin was devastating. Trust-gone. My 32-year marriage-over. And yup, the boobs went bye-bye too.

At yet, with a little help from my friends, and not a small amount of therapy, I have learned how to emerge from the wreckage and build my new life.

Are you are a woman over 50 and facing unwelcome changes at this stage in life like:

- discovering your partner’s infidelity

- facing the prospect of divorce after a long marriage

- the emotional and physical reality of breast cancer

I betcha you can list a devastating events yourself!

and the quiet work of healing, forgiveness, and rebuilding a life that fits again

My goal is to offer more than sympathy. I write with honesty and hope—helping you make sense of what you’re living through, and gently pointing you toward next steps that feel doable (even when you’re overwhelmed).

You don’t have to have it all together to move forward. You just have to take the next true step.

If you’d like to connect, you can subscribe here for weekly posts, and you can also find my book information and resources throughout the page.

Welcome. You’re not alone.

I’ve been a professional organizer, certified life coach and spiritual director for many years. I’m also a mom to three wonderful adult children, a breast cancer survivor, and am powered by ADHD and coffee.

My experiences, especially with breast cancer, brings an urgency to my work and message. Time is too short to spend it digging through the disaster in the garage, or running ourselves ragged driven by the unhelpful belief that busy is better. Your best life may be buried under that pile!

Let’s kick some clutter ass together!

With love,

Theresa
